Growing on Chicago’s South Side I spent a lot of time in the kitchen watching my late grandmother cook and bake cakes. It was her enthusiasm for cooking for her family that encouraged me to do the same especially when it came to baking cakes. I guess you can say baking and cooking has always been in my blood and is now my passion as an entrepreneur.
